Maple Apple Stuffed Pork Loin

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

1 2-3 lb Pork Loins

1/2 C Bread crumbs

1 TB Butter

1 Green Apple, chopped
8 Basil Leaves, chopped 
4 oz Ricotta 
Salt and Pepper, to taste 
1 TB Great River Maple Syrup

Cooking Twine

Preheat oven to 350

Combine green apple, basil leaves, ricotta, salt, pepper, and Great River Maple Syrup in bowl.  Cut pocket in center of loin fill with mixed ingredients from bowl. Coat outside of Pork Loin with bread crumbs then tie with cooking twine. Melt butter in cast iron pan and sear loin on all sides then place pan in oven. Cook for 35 min or until no longer pink.
