Lime Jalapeno Vinaigrette

1/4 C Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Great River Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 tsp Salt

2-4 small Jalapenos halved with seeds and stem removed

Combine oil, maple syrup, lime juice, vinegar, salt and 2 jalapenos in the blender until mostly smooth. Taste and add more jalapenos according to your spice preference, keep in mind the dressing will become spicier after a day or two in the refrigerator. Shake well before drizzling over your favorite salad.
